      • International Shipping: Available for customers outside the United States. Delivery times vary by destination.

2. Shipping Charges

      • Domestic Orders (within the U.S.): Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
      • International Orders: Shipping fees will be calculated during checkout. Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on the destination country, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

      • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and holidays).
      • Orders placed after 3:00 PM (CST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions

      • We currently ship to U.S. addresses and select international locations. Please note that there may be restrictions on shipping certain products to specific countries.
      • P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses: We can ship to these addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer.
